Abstract

The first China-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit is held at King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended this Summit with Prince Heritier and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Ben Salman, Emir from Qatar, the Cheikh Tamim Ben Hamad Al-Thani, King of Bahrain Hamed Ben Issa Al Khalifa, Prince Herk of the Kuwait Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Vice Prime Minister of Oman Sayyid Fahd Bin Mahmoud Al Said, the Governor of Fujairah Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi of the United Arab Emirates and Secretary General Nayef Falah Mahbarak Al-Hajraf. The Summit decided to establish and strengthen the China-Gulf Cooperation Council strategic partnerships. According to the council chairman court, this summit is a major history in the history of sino-arab cooperation to speed up the economic development and would generate greater expectations for sustainable cooperation. This summit would open the way at the beginning of a new phase of Sino-Arab relations and will allow to consider the establishment of a community of destiny Sino-Arab, which would deepen their cooperation in order to offer more Development city opportunities in a strategic level.
